How do you place an order at Kopke Group Wine Shop?

Between 6 and 11 business days for Finland, Romania, Greece and Bulgaria;
Delivery takes between 11 and 15 working days to the Republic of Ireland (only 6 bottles can be shipped at a time);
Between 4 and 5 weeks to the United States.

For mainland Portugal, we offer free delivery on orders over €50. For Spain, delivery is free on orders over €100, and for other countries, on orders over €150. This offer is not valid for the United States.
To take advantage of these free deliveries, you must register in the Kopke Group Wine Shop customer area. Note: Free shipping is not available for Kopke Group/ABANCA employees.

Kopke Group Wine Shop will do everything possible to deliver all your orders in good condition. However, we ask that you check the order status upon receipt. If you detect any anomaly, please fill out the return form available in the “Deliveries, Returns and Refunds” section.
