How do I place an order at Uva Wine Shop?
Your order can be placed by following these steps:

3rd - Make the payment. After we receive your payment in our system, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will receive our order confirmation and shipping notifications.
Note: Orders placed in the online store will be processed after payment has been cleared.

o 48 to 96 hours in mainland Portugal;
o Between 3 and 4 working days in mainland Spain;
o Between 4 and 6 working days to France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria;
o Between 8 and 14 working days to the United Kingdom (only 6 bottles can be sent at a time);
o Between 5 and 9 working days to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Croatia, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia;
o Between 6 and 11 working days to Finland, Romania, Greece and Bulgaria;
o Between 11 and 15 working days to the Republic of Ireland (only 6 bottles can be sent at a time);
o Between 4 and 5 weeks to the United States.

Orders placed at Uva Wine Shop are processed and shipped after payment has cleared. Shipments are generally made within one business day of receiving payment in our system.

Do I pay shipping costs to receive my order?
For mainland Portugal, we offer free delivery on orders over €50. For Spain, delivery is free on orders over €100, and for all other countries, on orders over €150. This offer is not valid in the United States.
To benefit from these free deliveries, you must register in the Uva Wine Shop customer area. Note: Free shipping is not available to Kopke Group/ABANCA employees.
Below these amounts, shipping costs will be charged, which can be simulated by following these steps:
1st - Add the products you wish to order to the shopping cart;
2nd - Go to the shopping cart and click on ‘’View and edit Cart’’;
3rd - Fill in the fields of our simulator in ‘’Simulate Shipping’’ with the Country, City and postal code of the address to be shipped;
